Basic Rental Policies:
Renters must make arrangements for catering their events
Alcohol is allowed; restrictions apply
Tents are allowed in specific locations
Amplified music is not allowed outside except during the bride’s entrance and for the recessional.

Event size is limited to 125
Rental fees vary with day of week
Damage deposit is required
( additional items are listed in printed brochure available from Rental Chairman)

Parking is available in nearby lots by arrangement with owners. Some parking is available next door at 600 College Avenue.
If the back garden area of 607 Aiken is not being used for the event, there is space for about 16 vehicles.

Limited street parking is available, but guests are encouraged to use the lots, if possible, to avoid excessive neighborhood congestion.
