paths, an arbor, several water features – reflecting pool with crane fountains, lily pond,

- a historic house (heated and air-conditioned): main floor with furnished dining and
living rooms, library, sun porch and open porch, butler’s pantry and kitchen. Kitchen is
equipped with refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and ice maker. Upstairs, bride’s and

Hourly Rentals, fewer than 50 people
Three hours minimum $275
Four hours 325
Five hours 375
Hourly Rate – Minimum 2 hours $50
How many people can you accommodate?
Up to 125 for weddings, this includes the bridal party.
What is included in the price?
Use of the entire main floor, including the open porch; bride’s, and groom’s dressing rooms and bathrooms upstairs; all garden spaces including the pergola, which is ideal for ceremonies; folding tables and chairs. For an additional small rental fee, table linens, glass luncheon plates and utensils, punch bowl and cups, red and white wine glasses, champagne flutes, coffee pots.
Are food and beverage services available?
Self-catering, or contracting with a caterer, and alcohol services are arranged by the renter.
